Celebrating 10 years: The PwC Foundation, PwC Social Entrepreneur’s Club, and Brigade transcript

We're celebrating 10 years of the PwC Foundation, our Social Entrepreneur’s Club, and our very own social enterprise, Brigade.

Since we began our journey in 2011 we have supported hundreds of charities and social enterprises through funding, access to paid work though our supply chain and our people volunteering their time and skills, increasing our social impact throughout the UK.

We have donated millions of pounds to charities, including 10 national charity partners.

These donations have helped in many ways, ensuring crucial helplines are open and increasing opportunities to support young people to reach their full potential.

Our current partnerships  help our people to fundraise and support beneficiaries at the end of their lives and those experiencing housing challenges.

We also fund vital medical research to improve the lives of women and their families while also tackling homelessness through innovative training programmes at Brigade.

We collaborate with social enterprises across the UK through the PwC Social Entrepreneurs Club.

Through online workshops, mentoring and coaching sessions, we are helping to upskill these changemakers, enabling their enterprises to thrive and grow.

We’re also supporting the Buy Social campaign, using our purchasing decisions to drive greater social and environmental impact.

We do all this because our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems and it runs through everything we do.

So thank you to each and every person who has been involved over the years and we look forward to having even more impact together in the future.
