Empowering and upskilling the Next Generation of leaders in London, focussing on client opportunities and commercial success through diverse, collaborative efforts.
The Next Generation Leadership Committee (NGLC) empowers and upskills future leadership talent in London, collaborating closely with senior leaders to knowledge share and cross-mentor.
Externally, we also eagerly look to collaborate with similar initiatives that are run by our clients to provide networking opportunities for all junior leaders across London.
Our goal is to develop leaders who are not only experts in their professional roles but also instrumental in shaping the future landscape of business in London.
