The Programme

C-Suite Ascent offers a transformative experience focused on enhancing essential soft skills and personal development in leadership. Designed to provide practical tools for immediate application in the workplace, our programme facilitates peer-based action learning groups of up to 18 participants. These groups foster the expansion of professional networks and enhance the ability to address and overcome business challenges.

In collaboration with industry experts, we merge academic insights with our extensive business expertise to craft a world-class programme. Our goal is to deepen our clients' understanding of a wide array of leadership topics and to cultivate the vital soft skills necessary for C-Suite executives.

Spanning five months, the programme allows clients to integrate their new knowledge into their daily roles while maintaining regular connections with peers. Participants will benefit from the insights of senior partners, distinguished professors from leading business schools, and renowned leadership experts, gaining both thought leadership and practical solutions.

Programme Delivery:

  • Modular In-Person Workshops: Over the course of five months, participants will engage in five modules led by specialists in leadership development, with contributions from PwC and accomplished business leaders.
  • Peer Group Coaching Sessions: Participants will join smaller breakout sessions to encourage peer-to-peer discussions, focusing on real-time issues and fostering collaborative learning.

  • Functional heads or directors, two to three years away from C-suite
  • A mix of private and public companies and industries
  • Maximum 18 delegates in the cohort

Programme structure

Pre-course meeting and assessments
Preparation and priorities
  • Participants take part in a pre-course meeting to agree their ‘personal leadership challenge’
  • Pre-work set to identify participant individual strengths and 360 degree feedback from colleagues
A series of five facilitated workshops
A combination of half days and full days where you will gain:
  • An insight into your personal style, including key strengths and development areas
  • An understanding of who you are as a leader
  • Practical simulations, models and learning with peers
  • Practical leadership steps for you to take back into your roles
