Sue Shaw: We have just wrapped up an amazing programme called C-Suite Programme Ascent. It’s aimed at our clients who are a couple of years away from board suite and from a number of industries and totally varied roles. It’s amazing to watch them learn from one another and develop their leadership journey, connect with who they are going to be in the future. I loved every moment of doing it and it’s fantastic seeing them growing.

Kerry Jarvie: This has been my first year facilitating the Ascent programme and it has been an absolute privilege, I’ve loved every moment of it. Seeing our clients build their awareness of their personal impact as leaders and how they have grown and adjusted that impact over the course of the last 6 months has been a real joy to be part of.

David Hewitt: We were delighted to nominate one of our valuable clients to take part in this programme. It has been a fantastic opportunity to build our relationship with them.

Katherine Beard: I have just finished the PwC C-Suite Ascent course and it’s been absolutely amazing. The quality of the training, the fantastic diversity of the peer group. I’ve learnt so much, I’ve developed so much as a leader and it’s been really inspirational few months so thank you very much and I’m really looking forward to seeing where it takes me in the future.

Charlie Batten: Honestly, this has been one of the most impactful things I have done, not just as a leader but also as a person.

Laura Hinton: Building client relationships is really important to me personally and this programme is a great way to do that, but not just us building relationships with our clients but actually our clients building relationships with each other and the power of that network I think is phenomenal.
