As auditors, we are specialists, what we do is fundamental to capital markets and has a much broader societal value. But it's not just the big picture, it's the little things too. Our day-to-day work is critical to achieving audit quality. Every time we finish a piece of work we should take pride in the quality we've achieved. Individually, as a team and as an audit practice, we should recognise each instance of audit quality, celebrate our successes and share our positive stories.
