ABP / Royal Albert Dock liquidations- in compulsory liquidation ("the Companies")

From 26 January 2022 until 13 September 2022, Toby Banfield, Rachael Wilkinson and Zelf Hussain were appointed by the Secretary of State as Joint Liquidators of the following companies.  The Companies were within a group that owned a development at the Royal Albert Dock in East London.

Following the sale of available assets, which were owned by some but not all of these companies, the Joint Liquidators are gradually now ceasing to act and will no longer be responsible for the companies; any enquiries concerning the companies should initially be directed to the Official Receiver which will act in an ex-officio capacity.
