In Lead Advisory we offer a full range of financial advisory services to our clients across corporate finance, which includes acquisitions and disposals for corporate and private equity clients, restructuring M&A, valuations along with debt & capital advisory. We operate across all industry sectors – clients range from corporates and private equity houses, to major government departments and private sector contractors and developers.

In Transactions we support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Advising throughout the lifecycle of the deal, we work on both the buy and sell side of the work, where our people develop specialist sector understanding and build key skills in financial due diligence. We combine restructuring services such as financial restructuring, liability restructuring and corporate simplification with Digital and Forensic Investigations and Financial Crime teams. We support clients in stress or distress situations, seeking to support them to respond, restructure and transform, as well as prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from a wide range of business risks and issues.. We could be involved in any one, or all of these types of engagements.
