Victoria Tillbrook

Victoria leads PwC's market leading Liability Restructuring team that provides structuring and transaction advice to insurance and pensions clients. Victoria leads our Pensions Employer Covenant and Restructuring team and specialises in giving financial advice to both pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employers.

She advises in relation to some of the largest schemes in the country. Her expertise includes:

• Providing strategic, commercial advice to pensions schemes and their stakeholders (including corporate sponsors, shareholders, regulators, the government);
• Assisting trustees and companies through negotiations relating to scheme funding and corporate transactions; and
• Developing solutions that address short term challenges and meet long term objectives.
