Jane Steer, Toby Banfield and Zelf Hussain of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as joint administrators of the Company on 5 May 2023.
The Company operates as a leading environmental services organisation that provides specialist services for lining and drainage using advanced equipment, skilled and certified staff and operational technologies. We are informed that there was a stand alone Moratorium under Part 1A of the Insolvency Act 1986. We are currently obtaining further details in this respect. Under the legislation moratorium creditors would have priority in respect of certain debts. We will provide further updates on this position as soon as possible on this website.
Immediately following their appointment, the joint administrators successfully completed the sale of predominantly all of the Company’s business and assets, to FM Conway Limited (“Conway”).
The sale has secured the ongoing employment of all of the Company’s c.164 employees who have transferred to the new business as part of the sale and the Company will continue to trade and operate as normal.
For all queries in relation to the ongoing operation of the Company (including customers and suppliers), we recommend that you contact the Company through your normal communication channels.
All book debt balances in relation to work in progress or finalised services outstanding at the date of our appointment will be collected directly by the Purchaser via the existing bank account. If you are a debtor and have any queries in relation to the amount you owe, please make contact directly via your normal communication channels.
