Humn.ai Limited - in administration
Adam Seres, James Cameron and David Baxendale of PwC were appointed as joint administrators of Humn.AI Ltd (“the Company”) on 11 December 2023.
The Company was incorporated on 26 October 2017. The Company operated as an insurance provider, producing real-time data-driven fleet insurance based in London and is an FCA regulated business. The Company was set up to develop a cloud based tech platform called RideShur, a data driven online portal that was designed to price every trip for every driver in real-time, based on their personalised safety score and driving insights.
Rideshur was designed to give managers and drivers granular feedback, showing exactly what behaviours caused accidents that increased insurance exposure, and ultimately offer the insights needed to make a lasting reduction in accident frequency, with the idea that this could lower premiums on fleet insurance policies.
On appointment, the joint administrators completed a sale of the shares of a subsidiary business, Walsingham Motor Insurance Limited (“WMIL”), which has maintained the employment of the 11 employees who were employed by WMIL.
Adam Harry Seres, James Andrew Cameron and David Robert Baxendale have been appointed as Joint Administrators of Humn.ai Limited to manage its affairs, business and property, and act without personal liability. All are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Joint Administrators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators.
