PwC and Dayforce would be delighted if you could join us for our latest event focused on how we can unlock technology and the impact it can have on your workforce. The event will include three main sessions:

  • Frictionless Futures: an immersive walkthrough of PwC's tailor-made 'Frictionless Futures' experience - a simulated customer journey, using convenience, retail and smart venue formats to showcase frictionless technology in action. Ayesha Bansal and Jack Woolley will demonstrate an end-to-end experience from entry to product interaction, and finally, receipt generation - all powered by computer vision AI technology.
  • Dayforce Demo: Ever wondered how much time and money your business could save with the right single, global people platform for HR, payroll, talent, workforce management, and benefits? Join this session hosted by Paul Karnowski to see the power of Dayforce live. You’ll discover how Dayforce has:
    • reduced compliance risk,
    • improved employee experience,
    • enhanced the solution specifically for certain industries,
    • Dayforce Wallet, an On-Demand Pay solution that promotes employee financial wellbeing and can improve staff retention.
  • National Minimum Wage (NMW): Our team will share insights and the latest “naming and shaming” list in respect of NMW breaches, including over 500 employers who had underpaid c.172,000 workers by c.£16 million. This is a notoriously complex area to ensure compliance and with HMRC rebuilding their NMW audit team post-COVID they are very active at the moment, including doing lots of re-reviews. And penalties for non-compliance can include rerunning payroll for the past 6 years, with adjustments and any underpayments having to be repaid at today's rate, along with a penalty of up to 200% and public naming and shaming. This session will provide some helpful tips on what employers should be checking ahead of any NMW review.

The event will include refreshments and networking.

If you are unable to attend this event in person, there is an option to attend virtually (please select this option below).
