Zebra Power Limited - in liquidation and previously in administration ("Zebra" or "the Company")
On 3 November 2022, Zebra Power Limited moved into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. Jane Steer and Eddie Williams were appointed as the Joint Liquidators.
On 13 February 2025, a dividend at a rate of 79.86p in the £ was declared to the unsecured creditors of the Company. Dividend payments have now been issued. Please bank your dividend cheque as soon as possible. Please note, if any cheques are not cashed within six weeks, these may be cancelled and paid over to the Insolvency Service's unclaimed dividends account. No further dividends will be paid.
