Kat Kravtsov

Kat is a Director in the Capital Markets team with over 16 years of investment banking and capital markets advisory experience, having previously been with UBS and Goldman Sachs Equity Capital Markets teams in London.

Kat specialises in IPOs and deal readiness and has extensive experience advising management teams, shareholders and boards on preparing for equity capital market transactions including, preparation and execution of IPOs, dual-tracks and beyond. She provides advice to UK and international companies across a broad range of sectors, focusing on areas of significance to public market investors and other stakeholders such as strategy, equity story, corporate governance, reporting and listing venue considerations.

Through comprehensive IPO readiness assessments, she helps clients to plan for a successful IPO and build an organisation that is “fit for listing” that can deliver it and is able to comply with ongoing regulatory reporting and compliance obligations. She has advised on over 30 equity transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, private placements and block trades, helping to raise equity for clients in the UK and EMEA region.
