What does working with us look like?

We’ll guide you through five phases, adapted to the pace and scale of your ambition: understanding your current emissions, developing a strategy to reduce them, distilling the strategy into a practical transformation roadmap, then transforming your organisation, and reporting your progress.

Maturity and baselining

An assessment of existing net zero initiatives and capabilities to understand the implications of net zero for a company’s growth strategy and operating model. Also includes an assessment of the organisation’s emissions. Both are critical to effectively engaging stakeholders and for making the strategic case for action.

Strategy development

The creation of a bespoke net zero strategy, as part of a wider commercial strategy. This includes developing a holistic net zero vision, ambition and target; identifying the costed decarbonisation levers; and developing an action focused enterprise wide strategy bringing all these together.

Transformation roadmap

The development of a bespoke roadmap which presents the net zero journey and sets the overall approach across levers to reduce emissions over the short, medium and long-term. It maps out the key activities required, cross-business workstreams for each; ownership and a clear timeline for each, and a robust governance structure, with clearly defined allocated members, roles and responsibilities to oversee the successful implementation of the whole transformation programme.

Transformation implementation

This involves executing on the roadmap by transforming the organisation’s operations to deliver on the net zero strategy. This can include all aspects of the business or dive deep into a few including supply chain and procurement, operations and logistics, commercial approach, culture, data and technology, and back office function transformation.

Sustainability reporting

This stage comprises an assessment of your current ESG data and industry-specific support to meet disclosure regulations. This is followed by agile delivery through our in-house team to enable high quality net zero reporting - utilising our data and tech expertise.
