Our relationship with OpenAI is critical for both our clients and for us. We are the first global advisory firm that OpenAl have trusted to take their platforms out to market to solve B2B problems. Now, what that allows us to do is to take all the engineering ingenuity that comes with OpenAl, and for us to translate that to help our clients get to that AI transformed state.

OpenAI is at the cutting edge of what they’re able to do in terms of development. So one of the things we’re doing with OpenAI is working with their engineering teams, their application engineering teams, their client facing teams to take their products, to take their models, and then starting to add in layers to make them helpful to the business community. And that is extremely important for our clients to get access to the latest technology and the latest thinking with our lens on OpenAl, which is really about how do we take that immense capability to solve the day to day business problems and help clients in their transformation journey?

One of the other things that’s really important about the relationship we have with OpenAI is our sector lens that we can put on top of their product set. What what we bring to the equation is our understanding of our industry sectors. What are the areas that are important to them? So how do we need to work with these various models to solve the use cases that our clients have that are specific to their industry sector? Some of that might mean what do we actually need to do with some of the layers on top of the OpenAl models to make them more helpful for our clients to solve particular problems? Are there bits of functionality that they then need to add that would solve a huge problem for our client, be that R&D or content creation that isn’t there right now?

So our role sitting between our clients and OpenAI is fundamental.
