We Had an amazingly dedicated team on both sides. It goes to the heart of why I genuinely believe that the program ended up being so successful. It was a relationship that started off based on us helping Circle Health Group understand what it takes to go through that journey, being very transparent about the challenges and pitfalls that would be there and truly offering up a very partnerial approach to this. We have three legacy systems that covered payroll, recruitment, and our HR solution. And the business wanted to have one integrated solution. How do we implement change within the business with a solution that can have a very, very large ability for change. So the main objectives at the onset of the engagement were I think they were simple. You know, they were about making sure we modernize the workforce or the people function. We simplify the processes, we make the processes more efficient. We set up a conversation to really understand how are they defining and articulating the problem statement, the outcomes they want to drive in the back of this digitisation journey and this transformation journey. And all that research essentially meant that we had an open and honest and a very collaborative relationship. What set PWC apart from other integrating partners was their ability to have industry experience and came as a tier 1 opportunity for us to work with a large, well established organisation. From day one, I have been with Circle Health when we just had an idea of what we are going to achieve. And it's amazing to see how that idea converted into a well-thought through plan. PWC and Circle Team were very dedicated to the project. They gave 100% all the time and were able to deliver the project on time the amount of work involved was incredible. As a firm, we've been working with a lot of healthcare organisations. So we were very confident about our ability to bring together industry insights and combine that with our depth in work their skills to be able to match it up and serve up what Circle Health Group wanted. For any digitisation journey or any technology implementation, I personally would like to measure the success by the adoption of that programme. And for me, one of the critical milestones we achieved was that we went live on exactly the same date, which we had set for us at the onset of the engagement. So it was about that commitment, that collaboration, the hard work of the team, which led to absolutely zero delays in the first couple of days. And that, for me, was a critical milestone which we achieved. Since the implementation of the project, the result was absolutely immediate. They have more autonomy, more control over their own information and proved a success that the solution delivered what it said it would do on time. I would say it has been a great experience, a successful journey, only because of the people who all came together in a way, which we just felt like one team. It felt like everybody trust each other, and we delivered that journey together. Potential for where we go next, it's a large opportunity for us. It's how we can scale further with Workday to develop more efficient within circle Health Group.
