So that balance of having industry experience and also the operational delivery experience is really critically important in terms of us getting to the right solution for the client the first time around.

If you’ve got industry experience obviously you will know what the future looks like, what the pitfalls are, you understand the mechanics of that industry. And that can really help us then as we future-proof what we’re building.

From an operational delivery point of view then it is about making sure we’ve got the right people with the right skill sets. And again, that operational delivery capability really helps with that. Identifying who your people are that you need around this programme as it starts and as it evolves into a more mature programme. So those are the pieces that are absolutely critical.
