Setting the scene

100 women, 100 stories - our 5 days of women campaign was the first time the regional marketing teams came together to work as one team. Running over 5 days it showcased the diverse roles that female leaders have in businesses across our regions. A book featuring all stories was produced to give to participants as a thank you.

How we helped

Due to the diverse range of clients and stories tackling a number of different subjects such as mentoring, gender diversity and the need for more women in certain industries, it had a great impact in the regions. Our clients really appreciated being given the opportunity to share their stories and raise awareness of important topics on the diversity agenda.

Making a difference

Engagement was at the heart of the campaign: engagement with successful businesses in the regions, engagement with the practice, providing them with an opportunity to have a broad conversation with clients and targets, and engagement via social media. Our campaign principles to be market led, co-create content and be agile, remained the same throughout. 

It has led to the creation of the Leadership, Empowerment, Action, Progression (LEAP) Network for our London and South East Region clients.
