Converge-IT.Net Limited, City Business Solutions UK Limited and Sprout Technologies Limited
On 4 April 2024 Peter Dickens, Helen Wheeler-Jones and Sarah O’Toole of PwC were appointed as Joint Administrators (“Administrators”) of Converge-IT.Net Limited, City Business Solutions UK Limited and Sprout Technologies Limited (“the Companies”), which form the Managed Service Provider ‘MSP’ division of the CTS Group.
On appointment, the Administrators completed a sale of the business and assets of the Companies to Bluecube Cyber Security Solutions Limited (“the Purchaser”). The sale includes the transfer of substantially all business and assets, including all 140 employees to the Purchaser.
Headquartered in Daresbury, the Companies are a specialist provider of cloud and managed IT services to both legal firms and barristers’ chambers in the UK and Ireland.
The administration appointments of the Companies has no impact on either the trading business of Tiger Eye Consulting Limited, which remains within the existing CTS Group, nor Sprout Technologies NZ Limited.

The Joint Administrators are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Joint Administrators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators.
