Our people can decide their most effective working pattern and the times they work each day. You’ll organise your time in a way that supports you, your colleagues, clients, and projects you’re working on.

You’ll spend a minimum of 3 days of your time in one of our offices or on client site, collaborating with colleagues and clients. In line with the needs of your team and your clients, you’ll have the flexibility to decide which days to divide your time between home, office, and client-site. You’ll enjoy our modern, sustainable, tech-enabled spaces, with our offices being a place you can socialise, collaborate, and learn from colleagues.

 If this works for your team, projects and clients, you can apply to have the opportunity to work internationally for a short period of time. This could allow you to extend a personal trip overseas, without having to take leave. Over 2800 requests to work internationally were approved in 2023, across 96 countries. 

Flex up to two public holidays a year (subject to approval), which gives you the freedom to take them at a time that suits you.
