We play an important role in supporting clients through uncertain times. We analyse how future events could affect them and calculate the impact on their business. Using our risk and analytical skills and predictive insights, we calculate the impact of changing demographics or legislation on pension schemes, the effects that changes in financial markets have on different organisations, or how likely a business is to be hit by an earthquake.

Non-insurance - we stretch the traditional boundaries of actuarial work by helping corporates enhance their business forecasting capabilities to inform their strategic business decisions. Our non-insurance clients, both public and private sector range from hospitals, health services, to energy providers and airlines.
Our Workforce Actuarial practice is strategically placed as part of our wider Tax practice which provides opportunities for cross-working and collaboration. There are two specialist teams you could join which include:

Reward and Employment - we help our clients incentivise and reward their employees in the most effective way for their business. We advise clients in this complex and challenging area, using financial modelling and analytical techniques to develop and test reward structures that support business strategy, drive appropriate behaviours, and are considered fair to shareholders and employees alike.
We’re unique in our ability to work collaboratively with experts across our multidisciplinary business - from Tax, Accounting, Regulatory, Business Recovery and Deals. Unlike traditional Actuarial firms where you may discover limitations to the variety of work or the technologies available, our Actuarial practices offer a diverse range of engagement opportunities and innovative technologies to work with.
We’re a blend of actuaries, data scientists and advanced analytics practitioners who support one another's development to become accomplished consultants, not just technically strong analysts. Together, we draw on the experience of our colleagues in other business areas to offer streamlined solutions to our clients.
