Operate Careers with PwC

Operate delivers large operational and managed service solutions in one place. It’s aimed at supporting clients with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.

With over 4,000 staff, we support activities ranging from one-off, delivery-focused projects to longer-term running of managed services. We bring together regulatory insight from our subject matter experts from across the firm, and combine that with highly skilled operational staff and innovative technology, to solve these complex operational problems.

Upon joining Operate, all our people have the opportunity to play an active role in how we support our purpose and positively impact the communities we work within.

Our Operate People committee focuses on people engagement, inclusion and wellbeing and CSR activities. We work closely with our external partner organisations to harness the skills of our employee volunteers so that we can address the challenges that the community and voluntary sector is currently facing

Through our Into Tomorrow programme, our aim is to support people to have a brighter future in Northern Ireland and across Great Britain. It’s dedicated to creating a broader impact in our community through support of collaborative projects with many community partners that tackle a shared theme - Suicide Prevention in Northern Ireland.

The programme is underpinned by creating an early life foundation of hope and purpose for school-age children in Northern Ireland, with targeted interventions centered on Social Inclusion, Mental Health and Digital Skills
