Below we share the different activities you can get involved in as part of International Women's Day 2023

  • We’re encouraging our people to recognise those around them that they find inspirational. Take a look at how we’re celebrating our colleagues here
  • Our Gender Balance Network will be curating an art exhibition in the lobby area of our More London office throughout March. Celebrating the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, #EmbraceEquity, our exhibition will combine art from outside galleries with work from PwC artists. All of the art will be designed to make you think about gender equity and how we can do more to #EmbraceEquity.
  • On 8 March, join PwC UK’s first female COO Marissa Thomas in conversation with former barrister turned celebrity chef and CEO Nisha Katona, MBE. They’ll discuss how to identify and achieve your career goals, being comfortable as a nurturing leader and balancing a rewarding personal life. Listen here

Be You at PwC

We want all of our people to feel empowered to be the best that they can be. Which is why we have ‘The Deal’ - our firmwide Employee Value Proposition. It clearly articulates what a career with PwC really looks and feels like and sets out what you can expect from your experience at the firm, and what you’ll contribute in return, supporting you both professionally and personally.

The Deal recognises that the world of work has changed and that we all have a unique set of skills, circumstances and priorities. It’s built on two-way flexibility and trust, giving our people more freedom to work in a way that works better for them, but also meets the needs of their teams, the wider firm and our clients.
