As well as giving you access to professional and technical development programmes and supporting you with on-the-job coaching, we’re passionate about developing you as a leader. This means from the early stages of your career you’ll have the opportunity to attend our flagship leadership development programmes where you’ll learn and network with peers from across PwC.

We have a range of resources and programmes available to all of our people, designed to support them in being the inclusive, quality driven and knowledgeable community of solvers we need.

Access the content you need when and where you need it. You’ll have access to our interactive global learning platform, which includes a wealth of highly personalised learning content. You can choose from a range of online resources, build and share learning playlists and receive personalised recommendations for future learning. All of our on-demand learning is mapped to our PwC Professional development framework to support your career progression.

Shape your development journey in a way that works for you. You’ll have access to a variety of types of learning that are tailored to your needs ensuring you have the opportunity to learn how to use and apply digital tools where relevant. You’ll combine elements already available through our learning platform, with the best tech training and learning resources the network has to offer, from podcasts to games to classroom learning. 

We’ve also invested in ESG upskilling. From new online training available to all, to targeted programmes like our Climate in Action course, our ESG programmes are designed to give those with foundational knowledge further skills to engage with and support our clients in responding to the sustainability challenges they face.

We're making a huge investment in our people's digital skills, ensuring they have cutting edge tech tools at their fingertips, making it easier for all of us to collaborate on and share new and innovative solutions that make a real difference for our business and our clients.

Our ‘Digital Accelerators’ are a community of people we've created to lead and drive change throughout our firm. We currently have 600+ Digital Accelerators across PwC and this community continues to grow as we train more of our people each year. We provide structured in-person and self-directed training, to equip our people with the skills, knowledge and tools to kickstart the next phase of our digital transformation. 

Whether you're starting with the basics, using it for problem-solving, or enhancing your technical specialist skills to meet client needs, we offer a range of comprehensive Generative AI (GenAI) upskilling programmes for each stage of your career. 

Tailored to your role and development needs, all of our people have access to a wealth of Gen AI learning opportunities - through interactive workshops, immersive learning modules, or related accreditations and certificates. 

Everyone is allocated a dedicated Career Coach who’s there to discuss performance, coaching, development, well-being, and to help guide you in your career journey.

Our in-house executive coaching team provides 1:1 executive coaching and group coaching to support individual and business goals. Coaching is focused on creating a space to reflect on: maximising potential, enhancing relationships, developing knowledge and skills, and taking control of growth throughout your future and career. 

Everyone has access to a wealth of resources, including online guidance, tools and self reflection exercises to help you navigate and progress your career, as well as manage your self development.

Associate

Professional qualification

We’ll support you through your professional qualification studies using the latest learning technologies and teaching methods.

You’ll have access to over 80 ‘e-workouts’ that have been created in association with Mindgym to help you develop the professional skills you’ll need to be successful in your career with PwC.

 

 

Senior Associate

Altitude

Newly promoted and newly hired Senior Associates are invited to attend our flagship three day residential event, which focuses on developing Leadership skills. We’re proud that in the last financial year our in-person flagship leadership programmes were attended by over 1,900 of our people.

Professional Skills Curriculum

As a Senior Associate you’ll be able to register for a series of “Intermediate”  blended learning programmes that help you develop your professional skills.

Senior Associate Transfer Window

Being a large, global organisation provides opportunities across different teams, business units, offices and countries.

The Senior Associate Transfer Window is a career mobility programme that brings together opportunities from across all areas of our business and provides Senior Associates with a structured transfer process. It makes looking for a role outside of your immediate team easier and provides transparent access to alternative careers paths, where available within the firm.

 

Manager

Professional Skills Curriculum

As a manager, you’ll continue to be able to register for a series of “Intermediate”  blended learning programmes to help you develop your professional skills.

Emerging Leaders Programme

A programme for Managers that explores what it takes to be a leader.

Senior Manager

Stratosphere

A three day residential event for newly promoted Senior Managers, which supports them in developing their advanced leadership skills.

Professional Skills Curriculum

As a Senior Manager you’ll be able to register for a series of “Advanced”  blended learning programmes that help you develop your professional skills.

Illuminate

A talent programme for nominated high potential Senior Managers that focuses on developing inclusive, agile leaders who are resilient, self-aware and have a clear understanding of their values.

 

Director

Director Development Programme

This offers a series of development opportunities and learning interventions for our Directors to help them to achieve their personal and business goals. 

Transition to Partner (T2P)

This is for Directors who are nominated onto the Pathway to Partner programme. T2P advances Directors' progression by giving them insight into strengths and development areas and enables them to build and implement a 12-24 month Career and Personal Development Plan (CPDP).
