The Operate experience

You’ll experience working on-site at our clients’ ofﬁces, our own PwC offices or even remotely, supporting our clients to navigate complex operational and regulatory activities. We’ll work with you and spend time to help you develop your skills, knowledge and expertise.

Dependent on the client you’re working on, some of the work you might find yourself delivering on could be:

Helping compensate customers affected by mortgage miscalculations and other financial product mis-selling.
Helping banks fight financial crime.
Supporting large change and transformation programmes.
Ensuring regulated businesses protect customer data.
Getting businesses through Brexit by helping their employees obtain permanent residency.
Supporting the accounting and finance functions of our clients with all aspects of their accounting processes.
Supporting clients to navigate complex organisational and regulatory requirements.

Joining as an undergraduate

If you join Operate through one of our undergraduate programmes our dedicated Capability and Development team; and online learning platforms will ensure you have the right technical skills, tools and knowledge to deliver for our clients while your Career Coach will support you with your personal skills development. This continued learning and development is what keeps our people in high demand and produces consistently high quality and valued work for our clients.

Joining as a graduate in Finance Managed Services

If you join Operate on our Finance Managed Service graduate programme, you’ll also study for your professional Associate Chartered Accountant -or Chartered Accountant Ireland qualification(ACA or CAI). You’ll have lots of support from your team, career coach and buddy to help you achieve this.
