Auditors of the future

As the requirements of regulators and demand from stakeholders evolves, there is increasing focus on organisations’ non financial information as well as their financial performance. Reporting on areas such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), cyber security, and operational resilience are playing a more important role in building stakeholder trust.

Your development

  • You will receive 1:1 coaching from one individual for a three to four month period. This will allow you to build a strong and trusted coaching relationship, creating a continuous learning environment. During this time you’ll also be paired with a Mentor, providing you with direct access to senior leadership.

  • We deliver in-person training and also focus on your broader skills such as project management, negotiation and how to communicate with purpose.

We work with colleagues from across PwC to continually innovate and invest in the technologies that we believe are most relevant to audit in the future, from AI to drones, from blockchain to robotics.

We draw on specialists from across the firm - including ESG consultants, tax specialists, and more - to help us deliver our audits. This means as an auditor, you’ll be able to build a broad network across the firm.
