They develop a deep specialism and take pride in the importance of the work they do in the audit profession. Developing industry expertise as they journey through their career.

Auditors of the future

By joining our Audit graduate programme, you’ll uncover new strengths, gain new experiences and develop the skills you can use to shape your future career. Our programme is underpinned by a development framework that will set you up for success, teaching you skills that will set you up for the rest of your career.

Audit is changing as the requirements of regulators and stakeholders change with focus on more than just financial performance, with reporting on other areas such as ESG, cyber security, and operational resilience playing a more important role in building stakeholder trust and you would be part of that change.

Development

Your development goes far beyond your qualification. On the programme you’ll gain:

  • a grounding in business which will set you up for your long term career
  • skills to equip you for a constantly changing business environment
  • exposure to different areas of audit through cycles of experience looking at both financial and non financial information, giving you a variety of experience and a greater depth to your understanding of our business and our clients
  • experience working with senior leaders to help you learn and build your network from day one.

The programme will help you grow the career you want and progress within the firm.

We draw on specialists from across the firm - including ESG consultants, tax specialists, and more - to help us deliver our audits. This means as an auditor, you’ll be able to build a broad network across the firm.
