PwC Research

Woman in the office

PwC Research is our specialist in-house global centre of excellence for primary research. We work with clients across various industries, including regulated businesses, technology firms, pharmaceutical companies, and the public sector. We also conduct research for PwC’s global industry and market reports.

Our research helps clients understand key communities such as customers, employees, citizens, and market channels. It provides evidence and insights to drive strategic change, support decision-making, and mitigate risks. Primary research is crucial for meeting compliance, identifying service gaps, and addressing customer or employee needs.

Our advice covers four main areas:

Getting heard above “the noise” with meaningful thought leadership insights that grab attention, holds interest and helps businesses gain competitive advantage.

Engaging with customers to understand needs, priorities, barriers to change or to create a better experience, drive loyalty or deliver enhanced customer outcomes.

Engaging with employees to help manage organisational change, understand culture, manage conduct or drive engagement with the business.

Providing strategic research advice to develop insight programmes that deliver clear benefits, are less complex and that do not duplicate existing business intelligence.
