It recognises that how we deliver is just as important as what we deliver, so that we can be the best at what we do. The behaviours apply across all grades and are key in helping us deliver sustained outcomes. They’re also designed to help our people better understand how our purpose, strategy, and values fit together - where our purpose grounds our existence, our strategy directs our focus and our values (supported by our Code of Conduct) guide our actions.
